Choir
The First Baptist Irmo Celebration Choir is for all ages comprised of multi-generational members who enjoy singing and praising God through music by singing hymns, spiritual songs, and anthems. We meet on Wednesday evenings at 7pm in the sanctuary year round. We present two cantatas (Christmas and Easter) as well as sing anthems on Sunday mornings for the morning worship service.
Celebration Choir
Pre-school choir is for 3-5 year old children who will be developing tone and pitch through singing simple songs about Jesus.
Pre-school Choir
Young Musicians choir is a non-auditioned choir for kids in grades 1-6. Each choir will learn the basic fundamentals of singing and will be performing Christmas and Easter presentations throughout the year as well as occasional Sunday morning worship services and special occasions.
Young Musicians Choir
Grace Notes are our tone chimes group for any adult who loves music. If you can count to 4, you can learn to ring a chime. Everyone's music is marked with colorful markers to help learn to read and keep the beat.
Jr. Bells are for children in grades 1-6, and are held in conjunction with the Young Musicians Choir. The Kristal Bell method is used by ringing colored bells according to color on the flash cards.
